Delivery and set up fee will be assessed at time of booking and is based on time and distance of rental. Customer is responsible for cleaning and returning in same condition. A Cleaning and/or damage fee will be assessed and withheld from the security deposit for any item not returned in clean and original condition. We require full payment and a security deposit of 25% of total rental at time of booking. Major credit card required.
